The Brendonhill Company does not accept unsolicited scripts, screenplays, treatments, pitch decks, formats, concepts, artwork, creative materials or confidential information through the website form or general email unless we have first agreed in writing to review them.
Please do not send material you consider confidential, proprietary or commercially sensitive until a written submission arrangement is in place.
Project inquiries are welcome
You are welcome to use the contact form to describe the general nature of a project, its stage, the opportunity or challenge and the kind of support you are looking for. An initial inquiry should not include protected creative material.
Unsolicited materials
If unsolicited creative material is sent despite this policy, The Brendonhill Company may delete it without review. Sending unsolicited material does not create a confidential, fiduciary, submission or other professional relationship; does not create an obligation to review, respond to or return the material; and does not restrict the company or its collaborators from independently developing or working on material that may be similar in theme, subject matter, format or concept.
Agreed submissions
Where we agree to receive creative materials, the review may be governed by a separate submission release, confidentiality agreement, development agreement or other written arrangement. That written arrangement will control.
